Evaluation

 

Since its establishment, fraLine has been academically evaluated twice by external institutions. Both surveys presented below focus on the evaluation of the fraLine basic support. But also other fraLine services are taken into account, especially in the 2010 survey, including the training for IT representatives, classroom assistance, Plus-Service PlusS and the conference and fair fraMediale15´.

Evaluation by the "Technologie-Zentrum Informatik" (today: ifib – Institute for Information Management Bremen GmbH) of the University of Bremen (2003)

In addition to the external evaluation surveys, fraLine services are also internally evaluated on a regular basis. Results can be viewed under the corresponding submenus on this website:
