Project Evaluation
Evaluation by the Ilmenau University of Technology 2010
The city of Frankfurt am Main and the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt am Main commissioned an external evaluation of the project fraLine. The survey examined the schools´ satisfaction with the IT support and other fraLine services. Additionally, the study identified further demand for support services of the schools.

Internal feedback 2006
In order to evaluate and improve our fraLine services we conduct customer satisfaction surveys addressing all Frankfurt schools at regular intervals. IT representatives at Frankfurt schools are asked to rate our services via a standardized questionnaire.

Evaluation by the "Technologie-Zentrum Informatik" of the University of Bremen (today: ifib) 2003
In spring 2003, the Technologie-Zentrum Informatik conducted a survey in order to evaluate the fraLine service thereby determining the effectiveness of the entire project "fraLine – IT-School-Service".
