Our FAQ section provides teachers with information for self-help troubleshooting.



logo_faqHere you can find a collection of solutions for the most relevant IT incidents and problems reported by schools in Frankfurt, as well as for problems emanating from daily media use in the schools.


This basis of information is continually updated and grows with our growing expertise. Thus, you may find the solution to your problem already here, particularly if it is a recurring problem in Frankfurt schools.

In summer 2005, we reworked our complete FAQ collection. We have not only updated its content, but also restructured it completely and thus made it more comfortable to use:

  • A manageable navigation according to school-typical categories helps you to orientate yourself.
  • Likewise, you can use a comfortable search function to search our articles.
  • The new and adapted tool allows you to choose (by clicking)  a pdf or printable version of your requested article.
  • If you miss a certain topic, you can submit your suggestion simply and comfortably by using the form on our FAQ-page.
