On-Site-Service
If your reported problems cannot be solved by telephone, you can arrange an on-site-appointment with one of our staff members. We also offer repair services up to a certain point (more complex hardware repair can be referred to our cooperation partner “PC-workshop C@riteam” or to a third party provider) as well as support involving installation of new software, operating systems, drivers and hardware components. For more complex issues we offer on-site consulting in your school.
"Fueling-Station"
Every member of our technical staff is equipped with a high capacity USB flash drive, a convenient device for taking software, drivers and updates to on-site visits. The software[1] on the data carrier is regularly updated and held available on a central PC.
At this "fueling-station" the flash drives can be "refueled" and incrementally[2] updated. Thus, our staff in the schools is always provided with an updated collection of helpful tools, patches and drivers when working on-site, thereby avoiding additional on-site visits due to unavailable software.
[1] Most of the software is free or shareware. Very important licensed tools have been purchased in sufficient numbers. User programs and patches are legitimized by municipal licenses.
