Evaluation of fraLine training courses
Since 2003 the fraLine team has offered training courses for teachers and IT representatives of Frankfurt schools supporting them to fulfil their IT-related tasks (cf. Training for IT Representatives > Booking and Outlook Training Courses).
To meet technological changes, the course contents are constantly developed. At the same time, requirements on schools are changing. To recognize these and to customize training courses accordingly, it is necessary to evaluate all offered courses on a regular basis. Hence, all course participants are asked to rate attended courses in terms of satisfaction and practical relevance. This participant feedback is evaluated annually and published on this website.
Below you will find brief summaries of the evaluation results for the 2008 and 2009 training courses.
Evaluation approach
After every course, participants completed a questionnaire developed by the "Staatliches Schulamt" (State Education Authority). On the questionnaire participants were asked to rate statements such as "Participation requirements and expectations were clarified", "The presentations were inspiring", "The topic was well presented", "The working atmosphere was good", "I will recommend this course to my colleagues". Response options were "completely agree", "rather agree", "rather disagree" or "disagree".
Please note: In 2008 the "Staatliches Schulamt" (State Education Authority) reduced the number of statements to be rated in the questionnaire from 13 to 7. In order to maintain comparability, only the remaining seven statements have been included in the overall evaluation of the questionnaires for the years 2008 and 2009.
