Evaluation of training courses 2010
Evaluation of participation:
60 teachers and school principals participated in the 10 training courses offered in 2010 (training for IT representatives and Outlook training courses).
- The introductory course and the practical workshop for IT representatives recorded a total of 30 participants, hence an average of 10 participants per session (in order to facilitate a helpful exchange and an highly interactive training, not more than 7 participants are admitted to the workshop and not more than 12 to the introductory course).
- A total of 11 persons participated in the two open Outlook training courses comprising three sessions each. This corresponds to an average of 5,5 participants per session (due to the highly interactive approach of the training, the number of participants is limited to 7 persons).
- The five Outlook inhouse courses that took place in several schools in Frankfurt recorded at total of 19 participants, hence an average of 3,8 participants per session (due to its highly interactive approach and the demand for individual training, the number of participants is limited to 5 persons).
Evaluation of participant satisfaction:
Results show that altogether participants were “highly satisfied” and “satisfied” with the fraLine training courses.
- 92 % of the participants were "highly satisfied" or "satisfied" (responded "completely agree" or "rather agree" to questionnaire statements, cf. chart 1)
- The introductory course for IT representatives has proved successful: 93% of both sessions´ participants were "highly satisfied" or "satisfied" with the courses (responded "completely agree" or "rather agree" to questionnaire statements; cf. chart 2).
- 85% of the participants of the practical workshop were "highly satisfied" or "satisfied" (responded "completely agree" or "rather agree" to questionnaire statements; cf. chart 2).
- Highly in demand and particularly successful this year were the Outlook training courses for school administration employees. 89% of the
participants were "highly satisfied" (responded "completely agree") and 5% "satisfied" (responded "rather agree"; cf. chart 2).
